In this section I wished to present a selection of the press review about my family, who has already been linked to the search for the truffle of Alba and to the truffle-dog training for four generations.

The truffle-dog University was founded in 1880 and made official in 1935 during the 5th fair of the white truffle of Alba by Count Gastone di Mirafiori, the son of the "Pretty Rosin". He held the office of President of the truffle fair in 1930s-1940s.
